A plan view of the streets shall be drawn to scale of one inch equals 50 feet. The plan view shall show the proposed road, street or alley alignments, right-of-way and pavement widths, centerlines, bearings, stationing, curve or radius data, existing and proposed drainage, and utilities. Any other significant feature or factor shall also be shown on the plan. The centerline of road, street or alley construction shall coincide with the centerline of the right-of-way. Any changes from same shall be at the discretion of the Village Engineer or his or her representative.
