(A) If a zoning change is involved, certification from the Zoning Inspector by review of official zoning map shall be required indicating that the change has been approved and is in effect.
(B) The final plat shall be accompanied by certificates showing that all improvements have either been installed and approved by the proper officials or agencies or that a bond or other security has been furnished assuring installation of the required improvements. A copy of the final plat on permanent reproducible material shall be submitted.
