523.03 FAILURE TO ABATE PUBLIC NUISANCE PROHIBITED.

(b) No person shall fail to abate any public nuisance on property owned by him or under his control after the Zoning Compliance Officer has provided notice to do so as provided in Section 523.07 or 523.10.
