§ 111.26 VIDEO GAMING LICENSING.
   Video game terminals as authorized by the State of Illinois pursuant to the Video Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq., are permitted within licensed establishments in the village provided that:
   (A)   No establishment shall be permitted to operate any video gaming terminal in the village unless the establishment owner has obtained the required liquor license and business licenses.
   (B)   Video gaming terminal operators (video gaming companies) are required to pay an annual fee of $1,500 per video gaming machine.
