(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500, for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) For any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions within § 111.25, a fine of $300 will be issued.
