§ 111.24 DRUNKENNESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to become intoxicated from the consumption of alcoholic beverages in any dram shop or other place in the village where alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer’s license, or his or her agents and employees, to allow service of alcoholic beverages to any person who is or appears to be intoxicated from the consumption of alcoholic beverages in any dram shop or other place in the village where alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed.
