§ 111.23 DRUG USE; TRAFFICKING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use any illegal chemical substance by inhalation, consumption or injection and/or to sell, convey and/or distribute any illegal chemical substance for the purpose of inhaling, consuming or injecting the same, in any dram shop or other place in the village where alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer’s license, or his or her agents and employees, to allow the usage or sale or distribution of any illegal chemical substance for the purpose of injecting, inhaling or consuming the same in any dram shop or other place in the village when alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed.
