(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit for the purpose of prostitution in any dram shop or other place in the village where alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer’s license, or his or her agents or employees, to suffer or permit the solicitation of prostitution in any dram shop or other place in the village when alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed.
