§ 111.21 GAMBLING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to gamble in any dram shop or other place in the village where alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed, other than in a manner authorized by the Video Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq., and the provisions of this code.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer’s license, or his or her agents or employees, to suffer or permit gambling in any dram shop or other place in the village where alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed, other than in a manner authorized by the Video Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq., and the provisions of this code.
