§ 111.20 SALE TO, POSSESSION BY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS.
   (A)   Illegal acts by persons under 21 years of age.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 to purchase or obtain any alcoholic beverage in any dram shop or other place in the village where alcoholic beverages are sold, or dispensed.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic beverages in any dram shop or other place in the village where alcoholic beverages are sold.
      (3)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to drink, deliver or possess any alcoholic beverages within the village.
   (B)   Illegal acts by licensees or others.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer’s license, or his or her agents or employees, to suffer or permit any minor under 21 years of age to be or remain in any room or compartment adjoining or adjacent to or situated in the room or place where the licensed premises is located; provided that, this division (B) shall not apply to any minor who is accompanied by his or her parent or guardian, or to any licensed premises which derives its principal business from the sale of food, services or commodities other than alcoholic beverages.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful to sell, give or deliver alcoholic beverages to any minor who shall not have reached the age of 21 years within the village.
      (3)   No dram shop licensed under this section may employ any person, relative or otherwise, for the purpose of dispensing, selling, transferring or conveying alcoholic beverages, under the age of 21 years.
      (4)   In addition to all other fines and penalties, the Village President may revoke the retail liquor dealer’s license for any violation of this section.
   (C)   Parental responsibility. It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to permit any minor child of which he or she may be parent or guardian to violate any provision of this section.
