§ 91.06 STRAY AND AT-LARGE ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to permit any animal to stray or run at large in the village.
   (B)   Any animal running at large in any area other than the keeper’s property shall be impounded in the manner provided in § 91.30.
