§ 91.30 IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   Dogs. It is the duty of the Director of Public Safety, or any person designated by him or her, to capture and impound, either at a licensed pound within the village or at one in close proximity to the village, each dog found at large off the premises of its owner and within the limits of the village, which is without a muzzle, leash, collar or tag as required by this subchapter.
   (B)   Cats. It is the duty of the Director of Public Safety, or any person designated by him or her, to capture and impound, either at a licensed pound within the village or at one in close proximity to the village, each cat found at large off the premises of its owner and within the limits of the village, which is unleashed and not under the physical control of some person, and/or is without collar and tag as required herein.
