In addition to the requirements set forth in § 112.01, an application for, and, if requested, renewal of, a business license to engage in the business of short-term rentals shall be accompanied by the following information:
(A) Proof of insurance, as required under § 122.07;
(B) A statement as to whether the applicant or any controlling person has ever been convicted in any jurisdiction of any felony;
(C) Proof that the applicant has legal title to the property on which the establishment is located;
(D) Proof of one available parking space dedicated to the inhabitants of the rental unit; and
(E) Proof of compliance with all safety provisions under § 122.08.
