(A) The licensee shall have the duty to install and maintain in the short-term rental unit the following:
(1) A fire alarm monitored by a central fire station;
(2) Exit lights at all points of exit from the short-term rental unit;
(3) Emergency lighting in the hallways and stairways; and
(4) A ten pound ABC fire extinguisher at each exit from the short-term rental unit.
(B) The licensee shall submit to annual fire inspections and quarterly general inspections.
