7-1-3: DRIVING OR RIDING ON SIDEWALK:
No person shall drive, ride, lead or leave, or cause to be driven, ridden, led or left, any animal or vehicle upon or along any public sidewalk, except at established crossings. (1960 Code § 12-3)
