§ 71.60 SELLING FROM VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether licensed as a peddler or not, to demonstrate, sell or offer for sale from any vehicle upon any street within a congested or closely built up portion of the city, except at authorized market stands, any goods, wares, or merchandise.
