ORDINANCE NO. 89-02
   AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE ST. MATTHEWS CODE OF ORDINANCES (1988 SUPPLEMENT), AND THE REPEAL OF OBSOLETE CODE SECTIONS.
   WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Matthews has received and reviewed the 1988 Supplement to the St. Matthews Code of Ordinances as prepared by the American Legal Publishing Co., and
   WHEREAS, such supplement to the Code of Ordinances, with the exception to Chapters 30 and 31, are found to be proper, now therefore,
   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF ST. MATTHEWS:
   Section 1. That the 1988 Supplement to the St. Matthews Code of Ordinances (Chapters supplemented being Nos. 70, 71, 72, 75, 91, 130, 133, 135, 137, and 137) attached hereto and made a part hereof be, and the same is hereby adopted by the City, exclusive of Chapter 30 and 31 which are not adopted.
   Section 2. That Chapter 32 of the St. Matthews Code of Ordinances (Police Court) is hereby repealed in its entirety.
   Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
   FIRST READING held January 24, 1989.
   PASSED AND APPROVED February 14, 1989.
