§ 71.41 RENTING MOTOR VEHICLE TO DRUNK OR DRUG ADDICT PROHIBITED.
   No person shall let a motor vehicle to another to operate upon a highway, knowing that the other person is in an intoxicated condition, or under the influence of drugs.
