§ 71.15 BOARDING OR ALIGHTING FROM MOVING VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to board or alight, or be permitted to board or alight, from a bus, trolley bus, train, or vehicle while the bus, train, or vehicle is in motion.
