§ 153.06 TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION OF WORK.
   The applicant shall have two years in which to complete the improvements unless granted an extension by the City Council. In no case shall the application be extended beyond two additional years. Nothing herein shall be deemed to required any extension.
