§ 70.13 DIRECTOR OF WORKS TO ERECT SIGNS.
   The director of works is authorized and required to designate by suitable signs and markings those streets of the city on which parking is restricted according to the terms of §§ 78.01 to 78.07, except those parking restrictions which by their very nature would not require signs and markings.
