§ 78.01 OBSTRUCTIONAL PARKING.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to leave any commercial vehicle or any other thing that may be a nuisance or obstruction or hindrance in or upon any street or alley or sidewalk within the city either during the day or night.
