§ 70.07 ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ON OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES OFFERED FOR PUBLIC USE.
   All law enforcement officials shall enforce the traffic regulations contained in this traffic code on off-street parking facilities offered for public use, except for-hire parking facilities listed in § 70.30.
