§ 116.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any individual, person, professional solicitor or fundraising consultant who violates any applicable provision of this §§ 116.01 through 116.13 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500, or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 6 months or both. Each day of any such violation shall be considered a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 116.25 through 116.34 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each offense, with each residence solicited constituting a separate offense for which a separate fine may be levied.
