§ 116.34 FEES.
   The following fees shall be paid to the City of St. Matthews at the time of the filing of an application for a certificate of registration. Such fees are intended to cover only the actual cost of the administration of the provisions of this subchapter.
   (A)   Application for Certificate of Registration.      $ 5.00
   (B)   Replacement for lost certificate    (Same as (A) above).
