§ 116.98 CIVIL REMEDIES.
   The Administrator shall have authority to enforce the provisions of §§ 116.01 through 116.13 in the name of the City of St. Matthews by filing any proper legal or equitable action in any court of competent jurisdiction, including the assessment of fines equal to the penalty in § 116.99(A) below, which may be in addition to the criminal penalty in § 116.99(A) below.
