§ 114.02 COUNTY LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any adult entertainment activity (as defined in Jefferson County ordinances) in the city for which a county license is required without having first secured a county license and filing a copy of said license with the City Clerk.
