§ 93.22 CONFISCATION AND EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   A siren installed or maintained in violation of this chapter may be removed and confiscated by the chief of police, or at his direction.
   (B)   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to a siren located on a motor vehicle used for the transportation of personnel or fire fighting equipment.
