§ 93.21 ISSUANCE OF SIREN PERMIT.
   Any person, association, or corporation desiring to install, locate, or maintain a fire siren within the city shall make written application therefor to the city clerk stating where the siren is to be located or maintained. Upon receipt of the application the city clerk shall submit the application to the city council. Upon approval of the application by the city council, the city clerk, shall issue a permit to the applicant without cost.
