§ 93.13 PERMIT MUST BE POSSESSED AT TIME OF EXERCISE.
   The building or structure described in the permit shall not be burned, in whole or in part, unless the person in charge of the burning has then and there in his possession the permit duly issued by the city clerk. The person in charge of the burning shall exhibit the permit to any policeman of the city upon demand.
