§ 93.10 BURNING BUILDINGS AS A TRAINING EXERCISE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, association, or corporation to burn, or permit the burning, in whole or in part, of any building or structure within the city as a practice or training exercise by or for firemen without a permit having been obtained.
