(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park, store, leave or permit parking or storing of any junked or abandoned vehicle of any kind, or part thereof, for a period of time in excess of seven days, upon any private residential property.
(B) This chapter shall not apply to a vehicle in an enclosed building or to a vehicle on the premises of a business enterprise operated in a lawful place and manner, when necessary to the operation of such business enterprise, or to a vehicle in an appropriate storage place or depository maintained in a lawful place and manner by the city.
