§ 78.42 PARKING ON ST. MATTHEWS AVENUE.

(A) It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle for longer than 2 hours continuous time on the east side of St. Matthews Avenue from Shelbyville Road north to the first alley north of Shelbyville Road.

(B) The fact that a car is registered in the name of a person, firm, or corporation shall be a presumption that such owner is responsible for any unlawful parking.
