It shall be unlawful to operate a commercial vehicle on that portion of Thierman Lane between Oechsli Avenue and Lyndon Way, except for the purpose of loading and making deliveries. However, this section shall not apply to fire trucks, ambulances, motor vehicles operated by the humane society or the dog pound, and shall not apply to trucks of not more than 1/2 ton capacity, or service trucks used for the rendering of service within this portion of Thierman Lane.
