(A) The following roads are limited access roads within the city. Chenoweth Lane, Breckenridge Lane, Browns Lane, and Willis Avenue shall not be used for vehicular traffic by any vehicle having a gross weight in excess of 16,000 pounds.
(B) Vehicles used for public transportation, emergency vehicles, such as fire, police and ambulance vehicles, and other emergency equipment, that procure a permit from the city clerk, approved by the director of public works, shall be specifically exempted from the operation or effect of this section.
