§ 75.30 GROSS WEIGHT LIMIT ON CITY STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or other person to drive or cause to be driven a motor vehicle upon the public streets of the city if the gross weight of the vehicle exceeds 18,000 pounds. However, this shall not apply to motor vehicles operating on Lexington Road, Frankfort Avenue, Shelbyville Road, or Westport Road, within the city.
