§ 75.26 PARKING OF TAXICABS.

It shall be unlawful to stop at any time any taxicab or any vehicle for hire, on any street within the business district, for a period of time longer than is necessary for the loading and unloading of passengers provided that loading and unloading shall not consume more than 3 minutes, except at designated taxicab stands as herein provided.
