§ 75.21 STOPPING TO DISCHARGE PASSENGERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor bus or trolley coach to receive or discharge passengers at any other place than at a designated coach stop, except in case of a public emergency.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any bus or trolley coach to receive or discharge passengers in a coach stop without first having stopped such bus or trolley coach with its 2 right wheels within 12 inches of and parallel with the curb, provided the coach stop is at least 75 feet long and is free of parked vehicles or other obstructions.
   (C)   The department of public works shall erect and maintain proper signs and the markings within the coach stop controlling the parking of other vehicles therein, where deemed necessary by the director of works.
