§ 73.05 BICYCLE SAFETY REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS.

Bicycle riders and bicycles complying with the safety regulations and standards set by the Transportation Cabinet are exempt from the provisions of §§ 72.03 (I), 72.07 (A), 72.07 (E), and 72.11. These bicycles and riders are also exempt from city regulations concerning safety equipment but not method of operation.
