(A) It shall be unlawful for any person within the city limits to make, continue or cause to be made or continued any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise which either annoys, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health or safety of others unless the making and continuing of the noise is necessary for the protection or preservation of property or the health, safety, life or limb of the person.
(B) It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle which produces excessively loud or unnecessary noise, or to load any vehicle with iron or any other material in a manner that will cause excessive noise and no horn or other signaling device shall be sounded for an unnecessary length of time, or for any purpose other than for necessary warning, incident to the operation of the vehicle.
