§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person using a coaster-wheeled device as defined in § 72.02, and by such use violates § 72.03, is guilty of a civil infraction. The fine schedule of any such violation is:

 

First offense	$10
Second offense	$25
Third Offense	$50

 

   (B)   An offense is a second offense or subsequent offense if it occurs within the same calendar year as the first offense.
