For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COASTER-WHEELED DEVICES. Any roller skates, skateboards, roller blades or other devices propelled on, or operated by, any coaster-type wheel, most often, but not always, propelled by human power to control the movement and direction of the object, excluding therefrom reference to bicycles.
