The use of the coaster-wheeled devices defined herein is prohibited in the city on the following designated streets, sidewalks and parking areas:
(A) Clinton Avenue between State Street (M-21) and Railroad Street and adjacent sidewalks and parking areas thereto;
(B) State Street (M-21), Walker, Higham and Railroad Streets between Spring and Brush Streets and adjacent sidewalks and parking areas thereto;
(C) Maple Street and Linden Street between Cass Street and State Street (M-21) and adjacent sidewalks and parking areas thereto;
(D) All municipally owned parking facilities and exterior sidewalks, stairs and ramps within the city owned by, or located upon property owned by, the city and/or the county; and
(E) The Clinton County Veterans’ Memorial located on Clinton Avenue.
