§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   In addition to any confiscation or forfeiture, violation of §§ 131.15 through 131.21 shall be a misdemeanor, and have a maximum penalty of a fine of $1,000, 90 days in jail, or both.
