(A) If any police officer personally observes conduct in violation of §§ 131.16, 131.17(A), 131.18, and 131.20, the firearm, dangerous weapon, or article shall be immediately seized, and held in the custody of the City Police Department pending the appropriate court action.
(B) If the court determines a violation of §§ 131.16, 131.17(A), 131.18, and 131.20 has occurred, the firearm, dangerous weapon, or article involved in the violations shall be forfeited to, and confiscated by, the city.
