(A) For the purpose of this article, a
VENDING UNIT is defined as any motor vehicle, motorcycle, moped, cycle or trailer used for the temporary selling, delivering, hawking or peddling of foodstuffs or refreshments of any type, including but not limited to ice cream and ice cream products, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, potato chips, cotton candy, candied apples, doughnuts, candy, gum, pop and coffee.
(B) No person shall operate any vending unit without first having obtained from the city a license.
