A. Required: All animals and livestock specified in section 5-2-1 of this chapter shall be kept on property properly fenced or penned.
B. Barbed Wire: It shall be unlawful to use barbed wire within the city without the consent of the city council. The mayor, or an officer or employee designated by him, is authorized to remove any barbed wire in violation of this requirement if not authorized by the city council. However, any barbed wire in place at the time of the adoption of this provision shall not be subject to this subsection. (Ord. 93, 6-4-1979)
