943.03 AUTOMATIC PROCESSING OF UTILITY PAYMENTS.

Customers of City utility services shall have the option of paying their monthly utility charges by means of an automatic debit against the customers checking and/or savings account. Any fees or charges for the service to the City of St. Clairsville is to be determined within the current depository agreement signed by the City Finance Director.
