941.01 WRITTEN CONSENT OF COUNCIL REQUIRED PRIOR TO LAYING GAS MAINS.

Any firm, corporation or person desiring to place gas mains in the streets or alleys of the Municipality shall, before laying the gas main or mains, secure the written consent of Council. (Ord. 736. Passed 8-1-55.)
