Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or whoever fails to comply with any order pursuant thereto shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). Such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed to be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which such violation occurs.
